Byron Peterson

Byron has been actively involved in the Richmond residential Real Estate market for over 30 years. After graduating from Virginia Tech he returned home and worked in various construction industries before finding his true passion, home building. As President of Peterson Construction, Byron has been building new custom homes, remodeling existing products and representing clients in the purchase or sale of their homes. Dedication, dependability, innovation and accountability are the guiding principles which have shaped his company’s identity.

While the Richmond area has many beautifully designed neighborhoods and a variety of architecturally pleasing homes, many are dated and are not appealing to buyers’ current tastes.
